Miller’s HVACR Services is much more than just another service and installation company. We put special emphasis on being “Full Service” and offering a complete solution to your heating and cooling needs. So much of our competition is not offering the products and tools available to our customers today and, in our mind, that is a great disservice to you.
Many contractors are getting older and are stuck in the 1985 way of doing things. They do not understand the new technology and do not want to learn about the new products and solutions available today. Most do not know how to service the new equipment and they do not have the computer technical skills required for some other services. Other local contractors feel that the only way to get the sale is to have the cheapest installed price. To me, that type of company doesn’t sound like it has a very good opinion of itself. But then again, if they can not explain to you why they are worth more than another company, then maybe they have to be cheap.
In both cases, you end up a complete stranger making a huge financial decision on your part with little or no input from yourself. You will likely be offered only one furnace or AC option and the subjects of “Indoor Air Quality” and “Service After Installation” will likely never even be discussed. And perhaps worst of all, very few companies have introduced “No Cost Financing” options and none of them offer a complete selection of options like Miller’s HVACR Services does. Let’s look at it this way. You wouldn’t walk into a car dealership, ask for a car, and expect that the salesman is going to select the exact same model for you that you would have wanted if given some options. And besides that, would you ever consider buying a car from a salesman that only offered one model? Oh and by the way, they only take checks or cash. Of course you wouldn’t. It just doesn’t make any sense.
But this is the way it is still being done in the HVAC world and there is no excuse for this anymore. There is so much available to you the customer and these things must be offered by the contractor or there is no way for you to know what you’re missing. Failure to do so is failing you the customer. Failure for Miller’s HVACR Services to do so is a failure in our mission to provide the best new equipment installation experience for our customer that we possibly can.
